Role Overview

The Talent Hubstaff Work Specialist will work closely with the HR department and departmental leaders to ensure the recruitment process is both efficient and effective. You will leverage Hubstaff and other tools to manage talent workflows, track performance, and contribute to the overall success of our remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with company values.
Utilize Hubstaff’s features to monitor productivity and performance metrics among remote teams.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and draft compelling job descriptions.
Implement and maintain effective onboarding processes to ensure successful integration of new hires.
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives for remote employees.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
Proven experience with Hubstaff or similar workforce management tools.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with remote teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
