Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of the Synergy Home Care team, your primary focus will be on providing personalized care and assistance to clients. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Ensuring a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Administering medication as directed and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
• Responding promptly to clients’ needs and changes in condition, communicating effectively with family and healthcare providers.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and out on errands as necessary.
