Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our team, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and facilitate patient referrals as needed.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
