About the Role:

As a Remote Client Success Representative at Indeed Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintaining a detailed record of client interactions and follow-ups through our CRM system.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other essential tools for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Salary and Compensation:

Indeed Home offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with monthly performance bonuses and incentives.
