Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£24,000 – £28,000 per annum plus commission

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients from various industries to understand their recruitment needs.
• Assist graduates in crafting impactful CVs and cover letters that capture the attention of potential employers.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates’ strengths and career aspirations.
• Matching graduates with suitable job opportunities and providing ongoing support through the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in the job landscape to offer informed advice to graduates.
• Organize recruitment events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage with graduates and employers.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job listings.
