Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager in the management and administration of the nursery.
• Assist in leading a team of dedicated nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

About You

The ideal candidate for our Deputy Nursery Jobs will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare/Education.
• Proven experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and a genuine dedication to their development.
• Ability to lead a team, foster a collaborative environment, and support staff development.
