Job Description
The Customer Advocate will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey by providing support and assistance from the initial inquiry to post-purchase engagement. This individual will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are addressed and their feedback is implemented within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to improve products and services.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, troubleshooting support, and follow-up assistance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or a related position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and a passion for helping others.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team.
