• Production Operative
  • Location: Shepshed
  • Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Ensure quality standards are met by performing routine inspections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Ability to work shifts as needed.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Warehouse Assistant
  • Location: Shepshed
  • Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Requirements:
    • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
    • Current forklift license is a plus.
• Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Promote company products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
