We are seeking a dedicated Automatic Job Posting Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage advanced automation tools to streamline our job posting processes across multiple platforms, enhancing our visibility and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automated job posting strategies across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of job postings using analytics tools to improve results.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand job requirements and ensure accurate postings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and automation.
• Manage the job posting calendar, ensuring timely updates and compliance with posting guidelines.
• Provide training to team members on effective use of job posting automation tools.
• Assist in the content creation for job descriptions, ensuring they are engaging and inclusive.
• Respond to inquiries from potential candidates about the application process and job postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in job posting and candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
