Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proficient in using admissions software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
