• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a plus.
