Position Overview
As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to connect job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities. You will be responsible for:

- Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best matches for open positions.
- Coordinating and handling the onboarding process for new hires.
- Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to both clients and candidates.
- Conducting follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Staying updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Establish and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs.
- Candidates Sourcing: Use various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with client job openings based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Onboarding Coordination: Assist in organizing and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly check in with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and networks quickly.
- Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-service orientation.
