Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop compelling job advertisements that effectively communicate job roles and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various platforms, including job portals, social media, and community outreach, to promote job openings.
  • Ensure all recruitment advertising and hiring practices adhere to TAFEP guidelines and promote fair employment practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of job advertisements and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions and professional organizations, to attract diverse candidates.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to engage with potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, preferably with experience in job advertisement development.
  • Strong understanding of TAFEP policies and fair employment practices.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and social media for talent acquisition.
