Your Role
As a Post Job Listings Specialist, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be to
post job listings across various online platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and attracting top candidates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job listings on multiple job boards, social media platforms, and our company website.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure all job postings adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone.
- Monitor the performance of job listings, making adjustments to improve visibility and response rates.
- Respond to inquiries from potential candidates regarding job postings and application processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new job posting platforms and strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Maintain an organized database of job postings, candidate applications, and hiring progress.
- Provide regular reports to management on job listing performance and candidate feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, job posting, or talent acquisition.

- Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
