Job Role Overview

As a Drivers Mate, you will assist our delivery drivers in transporting goods to various locations. Your role is crucial to ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and safely. This job provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about logistics and enhance your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods.
• Ensure all items are accounted for and safely secured in the vehicle.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent service to enhance their delivery experience.
• Help with route planning and navigation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license (Class C preferred).
