Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the customer experience journey. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. This role requires a strong sense of empathy, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries about services, billing, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions in our system to ensure tracking and follow-up where necessary.
  • Promote product offerings and initiatives that enhance customer experience and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a desire to help customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
