What You’ll Do

As a Remote Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships post-sale. Your role will involve:

  • Understanding clients’ technical needs and their business objectives to provide tailored solutions that maximize their experience with our products.
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and our internal teams—communicating client feedback and advocating for their needs.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Training clients on system functionalities and features, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage our solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring seamless integration of our software solutions into their existing systems.
  • Tracking account health metrics and preparing reports on client engagement and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager or Customer Success role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software solutions and articulate their benefits to clients.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology) is preferred.
