Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging job descriptions that effectively communicate the responsibilities and expectations for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements and company culture.
- Modify job postings based on response rates and feedback to optimize applicant flow.
- Implement SEO strategies to ensure job listings rank well in search engines and reach the largest audience.
- Share job postings across various platforms including job boards, social media, and our company website.
- Monitor applicant outreach and engagement metrics to determine the effectiveness of advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor job postings to ensure our advertisements remain competitive.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing job descriptions or advertising in a recruitment context.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus.
